Job Description

• Timely completion of all assigned preventive maintenance work orders and work request.
• Turns in completed work tickets in a timely manner and communicates with Department Leadership as to needs for materials, tools, and other resources.
• Communicates with customers/vendors as to status of work request, scheduling and impact.
• Responsible for trouble shooting and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Identifies and reports needs related to the building aesthetics, life safety, and infection prevention.
• Ensures all infection prevention and interim life safety measures are implemented during all projects.
• Ensures work is performed in accordance with company standards and policies with minimal impact to patients and other departments as possible.
• Responsible for completing special projects as assigned by department leadership.
• Performs carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting on in-house projects.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
