This role is focused on delivering behavior analysis services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to students requiring specialized support. Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in psychology, education, or a related field preferred. Experience working with children or adolescents, particularly those with special needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively. Basic understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Location: Gilroy, CA Responsibilities: Assist in the delivery of ABA therapy as directed by the supervising BCBA.
