It aligns the right care, at the right time and in the right place.
This is a unique opportunity to join our Care Coordination team supporting Geisinger Medical Center (GMC) inpatient care areas. This RN role is full time, exempt, Monday through Friday (8 am to 4:30 pm). There is a weekend rotation (about every 5 weeks) and an on-call rotation. In-house holiday rotation .
At least two (2) years of RN work experience is required.
