Opportunity: We are currently looking for a Director of Residential Solar Sales to join our growing team. The ideal individual will have high energy, results focused, analytical, matrix driven and creative out of the box thinker. This is a leadership role within the organization running and leading a high performing sales team. This individual will be responsible for hiring, coaching, training and mentoring the inside sales team to hit sales targets while working together with cross functional teams to drive sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales management experience within the solar and roofing industry with oversight of outside sales partners. Responsibilities: Drive residential solar and battery, as well as roofing sales throughout California. Mentor and coach a team to exceed sales goals. Lead an effective and efficient sales organization. Ability to be matrix driven, highly analytical and creative. Train and mentor high performers and individuals that need extra attention to meet and exceed sales goals. Provide detailed sales forecasting. Working with cross function leadership Requirements: 3+ years solar and battery sales management experience. 5+ years sales management experience. Roofing knowledge / sales experience Ability to manage and meet deadlines with high efficiency. Strong CRM skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
