SALARY: 100K (FT/Perm/Bonus Eligible) Mon-Fri daylight
Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a STELLAR Food Service Director with a strong background in multi-outlet retail dining who shares our passion for AMAZING Food and UNFORGETTABLE Service.
Enjoy a work/life balance, Monday-Friday daylight in a prominent setting in a Washington DC Government entity dining setting. We require a polished and professional identity with a winning attitude from a Director with experience leading a team in all operations. Multi-outlet retail dining experience is a MUST overseeing Café, Grab and Go, and national brand retail outlets.
The Food Service Director/ GM has an overall responsibility of food service. The FSD institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to Client Administration and The District Manager.
