Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general home maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Maintain landscaping: mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, seasonal cleanup
• Minor plumbing repairs: fixing leaks, replacing faucets, clearing clogs, etc.
• Painting and carpentry experience
• Basic electrical work: replacing outlets/switches, light fixtures, minor troubleshooting
• Replace HVAC filters and assist with seasonal system prep
• Gutter cleaning and pressure washing as needed
• Perform seasonal tasks: lawn aeration, mulch replacement, snow removal (if applicable)
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in a clean, organized manner
• Identify potential issues and recommend preventive measures or larger repairs

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of residential maintenance or handyman experience
• Working knowledge of home systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC basics)
• Ability to operate lawn equipment and power tools
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must pass background check

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Experience with smart home technology
• Gardening experience
• Irrigation system knowledge
• HVAC certification or trade license a plus

Work Schedule:

• Flexible hours (Full-time or Part-time)
• Occasional weekend or emergency calls may be required
