Summary: Part Time Administrative Assistant Position needed for real estate company that is experiencing explosive growth. This is an exciting chance to work directly with the owner, gaining the opportunity for mentorship in Real Estate and entrepreneurial skills in order to succeed.
Requirements : Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, Paint, and Acrobat Pro. Knowledge of Instagram and reels a plus. Also required is the ability to learn new software and have excellent verbal and writing skills. This position requires working in office and outside. No remote.
Responsibilities: included but not limited to - data entry into Excel, taking minutes, creating excel reports, and assisting in marketing, accompanying Owner and or his executive assistant to clients, miscellaneous office tasks.
