Job Description

Our client is a North American leader in manufacturing high-quality solar modules with a  2 GW US factory.

 

We are assisting them to find their next Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across the C&I and utility-scale markets. In this role, you’ll drive strategic sales initiatives, cultivate and maintain client relationships, and play a critical role in the company’s U.S. growth strategy. What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities across C&I and utility-scale segments
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients, delivering customized solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends
  • Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify competitive positioning
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to guide performance and strategy adjustments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure customer success

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B solar sales, preferably in PV modules
  • Established relationships with C&I, Community Solar an Utility Scale EPCs and Developers
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in the solar or renewable energy sector
  • Strong understanding of U.S. solar market dynamics and regulatory environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-informed decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho or similar), Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Docusign
  • Conversational Chinese is a plus, but not required
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a proactive approach to business development

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
