Senior Electrical Project Manager
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager with experience running all electrical on massive ground up projects, preferably over $1 billion, or at least over $500 million in value.
Exposure to all phases of a project, from DD to commissioning / close out is preferred. Exposure to Pre-Construction through close out is required.
Preference will be given to candidates who have served in a lead capacity on MEPs (specifically Electrical) on multi billion dollar design build projects, however if you have managed large electrical contracts on ground up projects in NYC that are of great size and complexity and feel confident and ready to make the move to this role, feel welcome to apply.
You will be joining a GC / CM with half a century of building beautiful high profile projects throughout NYC, and will join a team of true leaders in the profession.
Preference will be given towards candidates with strong practical, professional and educational credentials.
Salary is negotiable, but our target compensation is 225-250k. Benefits are offered including medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and more.
