What You’ll Do As a Product Owner, you'll be the key driver of product success within a cross-functional Agile team. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, customers, and developers to ensure the right features are prioritized and delivered — always aligned with business value. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the product backlog — prioritize based on impact and readiness Define clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with customer and business needs Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Standups Validate that features meet both functional requirements and customer expectations Help shape the team — participate in hiring when needed Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities in ongoing client work Support continuous improvement and contribute to Agile best practices across teams What We’re Looking For 4–5 years’ experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar in an Agile/SAFe environment Strong understanding of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and customer-centric business processes Certified in Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe POPM, CSPO, or equivalent) Proven experience in backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and delivering customer-focused features Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, and general CRM architecture & data flow Excellent communication and decision-making skills in cross-functional teams Ability to translate strategic goals into prioritized deliverables Swedish language skills are a strong plus You Bring Strong prioritization and backlog ownership skills A customer-first mindset — always thinking about value and experience Confidence in leading conversations with both technical teams and business stakeholders A natural problem solver with a strategic view and hands-on execution Comfort with uncertainty, and ability to make smart decisions with limited input Team leadership qualities — able to inspire, align, and motivate An openness to continuous learning, personal development, and new technologies Why Join Sirocco?
